Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg/Telemetry unit to provide quality patient care in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and care for patients on Med Surg/Telemetry unit
- Interpret and manage cardiac rhythms (dysrhythmias)
- Administer medications and IV therapy
- Provide respiratory support (oxygen, nasal cannula, airway management)
- Respond to emergency situations and rapid response calls
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic
