Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extension

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for an Outpatient Urology Clinic assignment in Medford, OR. The RN will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting, supporting patients with various urological conditions and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong catheterization skills, excellent patient education abilities, and experience working in outpatient or clinic environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments including vital signs, pain assessments, medication reconciliation, and health history review.
- Assist providers with urology procedures and sterile procedure setups.
- Perform urinary catheterization for male and female patients.
- Conduct suprapubic catheter changes and support urodynamic studies.
- Administer medications including intramuscular and subcutaneous injections.
- Provide patient teaching and follow-up communication.
- Handle telephone triage and patient refill requests.
- Collect and label urine specimens including UA/Clean Catch samples.
- Maintain infection control standards and universal precautions.
- Interpret laboratory and imaging results as needed.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR.

Requirements
- Active Oregon RN License required (in hand or pending at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- AHA - BLS Certification required
- Epic experience preferred
- Urology clinic experience strongly preferred
