• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Specialty: Emergency Services
• Number of Openings: 1
• Shift:
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: rotate every other
• Call Requirements: push back hours depending on census
• Required Certifications: ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NIHSS
• Years of Experience: 2 years
• Float Requirements: helping hands in areas they have competencies
• Additional Notes:
Unit Information:

• Patient Ratios: 1-4, 1-5
• Equipment: Critical Care equipment
• EHR: Cerner
• Supervisor: • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: birth to death
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Good patient experience skills with pts/families, critical care thinking, stamina we are fast paced
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: fast paced ED, experience with strokes, STEMI’s and trauma
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: everything
• Personality Fit: energetic and knowledgeable
• Required Education: RN no less then 2 years
