Job Summary

Facility: Gulf Coast Medical Center
Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Schedule & Shift Details

Shift Type: 10-hour days
Hours: 06:30 AM – 05:00 PM (10x4)
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday
On-Call Requirements:
- 1 shift per week (2–4 hours post-scheduled shift)
- 1 to 2 weekend shifts (12-hour duration) per month

Technical & Clinical Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of OR experience; prior travel nursing experience is required.
Specialties: Strong background in Orthopedics, Oncology, Bariatrics, Vascular, Neuro, Trauma, and Robotics. Experience in Robotics and Ortho/Neuro is mandatory.
EMR System: Epic
Attire: Scrubs are provided by the hospital.

Credentials & Qualifications

Licensure: Active Florida or Compact nursing license required at the time of submittal.
Certifications:
- BLS (Required)
- ACLS (Preferred)
- PALS (Preferred)
Education/Profile Note: Degree accreditation must be listed on the profile, or the candidate must possess at least 5 years of experience.
