Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health
Spokane Valley, Washington
13-Week Contract | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Spokane Valley, WA with Providence at Home with Compassus. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Health OT looking for a consistent weekday schedule and the ability to work independently while making a direct impact with patients in the home setting.
Assignment Details
- Setting: Home Health
- Specialty: Occupational Therapy
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Territory: Spokane County with possible coverage into lower Stevens County
- EMR: HCHB
- Call Requirement: None
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in the home environment
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on safety, independence, and functional mobility
- Address ADLs, adaptive equipment, home safety, and caregiver education
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary home health team members
- Complete timely electronic documentation using HCHB
Requirements
- Active Washington OT license
- BLS required
- Minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the past 3 years required
- HCHB experience preferred
- Strong documentation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
