Pride Health is seeking a Home Health/Hospice RN for one of our clients in MS! (Contract)

Coverage: Attala, Winston, Neshoba, Kemper

Schedule: Days 8am-4:30pm, no on-call

Contract: 3-month contract

Pay Rate: $48-53 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oasis Assessment
• Wound Care, Catheter Care, Labs
• Disease Process Education, Medication Education, Picc Line Care and Education
• Lpn And Aide Supervisory Visits
• Team Case Conference Meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Current active RN license
• BLS
• Prior Home Health experience
• HCHB a plus
