Travel PICU RN – Rochester, MN (Mayo Clinic)
- Facility: Mayo Clinic
- Location: Rochester, Minnesota
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks (06/01/2026 – 08/31/2026)
- Schedule: 36 hours/week, 12-hour rotating day/night shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM & 7:00 PM–7:30 AM), every 3rd weekend required
- Openings: 3
Job Overview:
Seeking experienced PICU Registered Nurses for a Level 1 Trauma pediatric intensive care unit caring for critically ill pediatric patients across multiple specialties including trauma, cardiac, neurological, pulmonary, transplant, and complex multi-organ conditions. RNs will provide direct patient care, patient/family education, care coordination, and leadership support within the nursing team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years recent acute care RN experience
- Minimum 2 years PICU RN experience
- Minimum 1 year recent travel RN experience
- Experience with Level 1 trauma and intubated patients required
- Solid organ transplant experience strongly preferred
Required Certifications/Licensure:
- Active RN License
- BLS
- PALS (AHA)
Preferred Certifications:
- CCRN
- TCRN/TCTCN strongly preferred
