Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (Level III) to provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities include monitoring neonatal patients, assisting in advanced procedures, maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent NICU experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where care is provided
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Experience in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
