Join Ardor Health Solutions for a Home Health PTA opportunity in Fort Mill, South Carolina. This assignment offers the chance to work in a growing home health setting while living just outside Charlotte in one of the fastest-growing and most desirable areas in the Southeast.
Fort Mill offers a great mix of suburban comfort and city access with nearby hiking trails, lakes, breweries, restaurants, and outdoor recreation. You’ll be close to Charlotte’s sports, nightlife, airport, and entertainment while still enjoying a quieter community feel. Weekend trips to the mountains and South Carolina coast are both within reach.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled PTA services in the home health setting
- Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional training
- Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Complete documentation and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety
