Responsibilities
- Provide skilled PTA services in the home health setting
- Assist patients with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional training
- Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Complete documentation and coordinate care with the healthcare team
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety
