Description
Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM--- Physical Therapist (Outpatient) - 10 hour days (Mon -Thurs)- ThedaCare Physicians - Clintonville, WI *No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI*Contract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPPrimary Location: ThedaCare Clintonville, WI
Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities as needed - potential to float to New London or Shawano 1-2 days per week. Speak to them in interview.
Minimum 3+ years PT experience (Preferred) - OPEN TO NEW GRADS License/Certs Required: WI PT & AHA BLSCharting Experience Required: EPICUnit Overview: Outpatient department with 1 PTACase Load: Anywhere from 10-16 patients is normal for a standard 10-hour day depending on how many evaluations are seen. Evaluations are 70 minutes and most follow ups are 35 minutes. We do not double book therapists.Previous travel preferred - open to NEW GRADS

Very responsive, follows up. I have had to deal with compliance, HR questions etc and if the person I spoke with did not know the answer they sent it to whoever they thought could answer my questions and my questions or concerns were followed up on! This has been my first travel contract but I can’t say anything bad thus far!!! I definitely would recommend this company
