Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D)
Location: California
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Estimated Weekly Pay: $3,518
Schedule: Days | 4x12s (48 hours/week)

Position Overview
Join a high-acuity Labor & Delivery team providing coordinated, patient-centered care across all stages of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and recovery. This role includes responsibility for supervising care, delegating tasks, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while utilizing strong critical thinking skills.
Postpartum and triage responsibilities may be included if performed within the department. (Postpartum-only and ambulatory birthing centers are excluded.)

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care for L&D patients
Provide recovery and postpartum support as needed
Supervise and delegate to ancillary staff
Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Active CA RN License
ACLS, BLS, NRP, and FHM-AWHONN (Intermediate or Advanced accepted)
Minimum 3 years of experience
Epic experience required
Must complete Fit Testing

Additional Details

Labor required; postpartum experience preferred
Level II nursery experience (NICU) required
Scrubs provided if needed (otherwise eggplant-colored scrubs required)
Experience with fetal monitoring required (Intermediate level)
