Description

One of the main requirements for this position is strong OASIS experience, including completing Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, Transfer, and Discharge assessments accurately and efficiently. They are looking for someone comfortable with documentation, care planning, and Medicare compliance in the home health setting.

Homecare Homebase experience is also required, as this is the primary charting system used for scheduling, documentation, visit notes, and communication within the care team.
