 Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM- M/S Neuro RN (Intermediate/NEURO or ICU experience) - Desired Skillset: Experience in stroke and post-op back/spine/cervical- 12hr nights - ThedaCare Neenah - Neenah, WI **Previous Travel Required - No travelers coming from a facility or their home location is within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI**Contract length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 36**any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence*GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.Primary location: ThedaCare NeenahShift Requirements:12hr NOCsShift time: 0530-1800 (days) or 1730-0600 (nocs)Weekend: Up to Every other weekend Holidays: Holiday rotation (depending on need of the unit) Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities within a 60 mile radiusOn Call/Call Back Requirements: None Required certifications: WI RN (or compact) License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIHSS Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years experience as an RN & 1 travel contract REQUIRED. Any ICU/IMC (intermediate care) experience is STRONGLY PREFERRED. Charting Experience: EPIC within the last year (Strongly preferred)Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidatesScrub Colors: BlackPrimary Cases: Stroke, post op spinal surgeries/brain surgeriesUnit Overview: 16 bed unit; Neurology patients; mostly post stroke patients and post-op patients from brain/neck/spine surgeries. Many of our patients are post trauma patients and TBI. We do have medical patients at times as well. Looking for candidate who have IMU/NEURO/ICU experience at this time. Patient Ratios: 1:4 - We typically have between 4-5 RNs on during the shift and 2 patient care technicians.
