Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in behavioral health, counseling, social services, or related setting - Required
- Experience or education in grief and loss counseling - Required
- Recent hospice experience - Preferred
- Medical setting experience - Preferred
- Experience supporting patients and families during end-of-life care - Preferred
- Experience coordinating bereavement services and counseling support - Preferred
License
- Valid Driver’s License - Required
- Personal Automobile for Work Use - Required
- Current Auto Liability/Property Damage Insurance - Required
Certifications
- BLS/BCLS (Healthcare Provider Level) - Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Counseling, Psychology, or Related Field - Required
- Master’s Degree in Related Field - Preferred
