Tell us about the unit(s): • Number of Beds - Cath lab 3 Holding Bays and 2 Cath / suites • Number of Staff - 9 • Type of staff: o Day Shift - day shift 6:45 to 5:15 CVL o 0700-1700 pre-post - variable • Patient Ratios - 3 staff to 1 patient. Cath Lab procedural area • Type of equipment - GE Innova Fluoro Systems, Mac Lab • EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. • Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital Cath Lab RN experience • BLS, ACLS & PALS Preferred or nice to have candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Holding experience • Monitoring experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): • LHC, RHC, PCI, peripheral diagnostic and intervention • Pacers, ICDs, Cardioversions, TEEs Tilt Table Tests, Dobutamine stress test. Best personality Fit: • Positive, flexible • Engaged in high quality patient care experience Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. • Must take on-call responsibilities with rest of team. • Must be housed within 30 min of the Cath Lab.
