We’re currently seeking a dedicated School Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school-based setting for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Details:
- Role: School Speech-Language Pathologist
- Setting: In-person, school-based
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
- Dates: September 2026-June 2027
- Pay: $60+ per hour, based on experience and location
- Caseload: Middle school and high school students
- Some students are consult-only, primarily at the high school level
- Pay Rate: $60+ per hour

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license or eligibility
- School-based experience preferred
- Experience supporting middle school and high school students is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Role Overview:
As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will support students with communication needs in a school setting by providing direct therapy, consultative services, assessments, IEP support, and collaboration with educational teams. This role offers the opportunity to work with middle and high school students while helping them build communication skills needed for academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
- Support a caseload of middle school and high school students
- Provide consultative services for students as needed, especially at the high school level
- Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, documentation, and required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
- Develop individualized therapy plans to support students’ communication goals
- Maintain compliance with school, district, and state requirements
