o        Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) 1 pacu charge, 1 OR charge, PACU RNs, OR RNs, Surgical Techs, SPD Tech, Rad Tech

o        Night Shift - none

·                Patient Ratios – 1:1 in OR, 2:1 in PACU

·                Type of equipment -

·                EMR – Paper, SIS

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:  (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have:  candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN experience
BLS & ACLS 
Preferred or nice to have:  candidates with these skills will be considered first:

Experience circulating a variety of service lines in a fast-paced environment
PEDS experience
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

 Ortho sports med
   General
 ENT
 Pediatrics
GYN
 Podiatry
 Plastic
Urology

Will be required to float to all Surgery Centers in the Denver area

Sky Ridge Surgery Center is a faced paced surgery center located adjacent to a medical center.  Their patient population is generally lower acuity, and they do a wide variety of cases to keep things interesting.  They have a stable team with longevity and are looking for additional help while they fill an open position.
