Job Overview
We’re seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on a MS/Telemetry unit. This role focuses on short-stay observation patients and offers a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care for MS/Telemetry observation patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes
- Collaborate with care teams to coordinate treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow nursing standards
Unit Details
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:6–1:7
- Short-stay MS/Telemetry unit
- Floating required within scope
- Every other weekend required
Requirements
- Active RN license (KY or compact)
- AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required
- Minimum 1 year Telemetry experience (preferred)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must meet all state and federal requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Candidate must live 75+ miles from the facility
Additional Info
- Schedule is 36/48 hours per 2-week pay period
- Orientation held bi-weekly
- Maximum 7 days RTO (must be submitted upfront)
- No blocked scheduling
