Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health
Everett, WA | Up to $2,600+/week | 13 Weeks | Ardor Health Solutions
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a Home Health contract in the Everett, Washington area with Providence at Home with Compassus Home Health.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Setting: Home Health
- Location: Everett, WA
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days
- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,600+/week
- Territory: Must be willing to cover up to a 50-mile radius from the Everett office
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
- Current Washington OT license (or ability to obtain)
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience required
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting
Productivity Expectations
- Minimum productivity of 30 points per week
- Documentation must be completed by 10:00 AM the following day
