Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health
Morehead City, NC | 13-Week Travel Contract
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in beautiful Morehead City, North Carolina. This position offers the chance to work independently while providing skilled care to patients in their homes throughout the coastal community.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Setting: Home Health
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements
- Active PT license
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Oasis experience required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
