Fort Mill, SC | 13-Week Travel Contract
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Join a respected home health team providing one-on-one patient care throughout the community while enjoying the benefits of living just minutes from Charlotte.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Setting: Home Health
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements
- Active South Carolina PT license
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Oasis experience required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily caseload
