* **Gross Weekly Pay:** $3,234/week
* **W2 Taxable Rate:** $35.00/hr (first 40 hrs)
* **W2 Overtime Rate:** $52.50/hr (41–48 hrs)

* Floating required to inpatient units (excluding NICU/Maternity)
