Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health
The Villages, FL | 13-Week Travel Contract
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist for a contract opportunity in The Villages, Florida. This position offers the autonomy of home health, one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to work in one of Florida's most unique and active communities.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)
- Setting: Home Health
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
Requirements
- Active Florida PT license
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
- Oasis experience required
- Home Care Home Base (HCHB) experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory
