Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM + 1 weekend every 4 weeks

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13‑week assignment serving the Bucks County PA area.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting
• Perform clinical assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Complete OASIS documentation accurately and within required timeframes
• Conduct 5–6 patient visits per day
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and disease management
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly
• Participate in case conferences and interdisciplinary planning
• Travel locally to patient homes throughout the North Princeton area

Required Qualifications

• Active PA RN license (Required)
• 2+ years of Home Health experience
• Recent OASIS experience (must be in the most recent role)
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume Home Health caseloads
• Must live close to Bucks County for daily travel
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive throughout the assignment
• Strong organizational, documentation, and assessment skills

Schedule & Expectations

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Start Date: June or July
• 13‑week contract
• 1 weekend every 4 weeks
• Expect a 5–6 visit per day workload with significant documentation

Compensation

• $65 per hour
• Paid hourly, not per visit
• Weekly pay structure
