- Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – Largo, MD
- Travel Contract | $2,886/Week | 13 Weeks | Monday–Friday
- We're seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment with Amedisys/BrightSpring Health Services in the Largo, Maryland area. This opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule, established patient census, and the ability to provide meaningful one-on-one care in the home setting.
- You'll work throughout Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, helping patients improve mobility, independence, and overall quality of life while enjoying the flexibility and autonomy that home health provides.
Position Details
- Setting: Home Health
- Location: Largo, MD
- Coverage Area: Montgomery County & Prince George's County
- Client: Amedisys / BrightSpring Health Services
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
- Weekly Pay: $2,886/week
- Mileage Reimbursement Available
Patient Population
- General orthopedic rehabilitation
- Post-surgical recovery
- Balance and fall prevention
- Strengthening and mobility training
- General medical home health patients

Requirements
- Active Maryland PT License
- BLS Certification
- Home Health experience preferred
- OASIS experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
EMR & Productivity
- EMR: Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
- Productivity Expectation: 32 units per week
