Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Dover, DE
Client: BrightStar / Amedisys Home Health
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Dover, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working independently, building strong patient relationships, and helping patients achieve their goals in the home setting.

Requirements
- Active Delaware PTA License
- Previous Home Health experience required
- Home Care Home Base experience required
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily patient schedule
