Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Conyers, Georgia. This opportunity is ideal for a PTA who enjoys autonomy, flexible scheduling, and providing one-on-one patient care in the home setting.

Requirements

Active Georgia PTA License
Previous Home Health experience required
Home Care Home Base experience required
Current BLS Certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage a daily patient schedule
