Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of functional, orthopedic, neurological, and rehabilitation needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide ADL training and therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
