Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents with orthopedic, neurological, and medically complex conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence
Provide ADL and self-care training
Address upper extremity strength, coordination, balance, and safety awareness
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, physicians, and caregivers
Complete accurate and timely documentation
