Unit Information
- Operating Rooms: 16
- Average Daily Census: 35 cases
- Charting System: Epic
- Medication Dispensing System: Pyxis
- Robotic Systems: 2 Da Vinci Xi Robots
- Scrub Color: Provided by the facility
Schedule & Call Requirements
Weekends
- 2–3 weekends per 8-week schedule
- Weekend assignments may be:
- In-house shifts, or
- On-call coverage
Call Requirements
- 7–8 call shifts per 8-week schedule
- Includes:
- 1 weekend call assignment
- 1–2 weekend shifts
- 2–3 weekday night call shifts
Call Shift Times
- C1: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- C2: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Floating
- Rare
- May float within facility and scope of practice as needed
RTO Blackout Dates
- Spring Break: April 4 – April 12
All RTO must be disclosed at the time of submission.
Holiday Requirements
Travelers are expected to work holidays based on the number of major holidays occurring during their assignment:
- If one major holiday falls during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work that holiday.
- If two major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work both holidays.
- If three major holidays fall during the assignment, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Compliance & Hiring Process
Compliance Requirement
- Full compliance is required to start on time.
- If compliance is not completed by the required deadline, the start date will be delayed by 2 weeks due to the facility’s bi-weekly orientation schedule.
