Description

Title: RN - Home Health
Location: 2504 Summit Ave Greensboro, NC 27405
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Duration: 13 weeks
Description: Home Health RN

HCHB + Travel Exp required

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p - Coverage will be for the Greensboro and High Point Location

- Must be willing to case manage and take a case load

- 1 year case managing experience required

- Mileage reimbursement provided at Fed rate.

This is NOT inpatient, traveler will need their own car and will be traveling throughout the day
