  • Imaging Rooms
    • X-Ray: 3 rooms – 2 general X-Ray; 1 for Fluoroscopy/Pain Clinic
  • Will you accept a traveler with 1-year experience? Yes – would prefer more
  • Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes
• Patients seen in a day (average per day):
  • 25-30 scans
• Required Licensure and Certifications:
  • BLS
  • ARRT (R) required
  • ME State license
• Skills required:
  • OR/C-arm experience
  • Experience with above patient types
  • Fluoroscopy experience – if traveler has not done Fluoro but is strong overall, send to manager for approval prior to offer vs. declining
    
    Technology/Equipment:
  • EMR: Cerner
    
    Floating: If yes, where?
    • fixed location other than OR or portables for inpatient scans
  • Orientation:
    • 1-1.5 weeks, based on experience/comfort level
  • Scheduling:
    • Weekend rotation:
      • Varies based on need
    • No call required
    • Holiday Expectations: done in rotation with other techs
    • RTO: Manager Approval
    • Schedule:
      • 7-week schedules
      • Variable shift times – Days or Evenings depending on needs of the department.
  • Other notes:
    • Scrub Color: any solid color as long as professional, or provided by facility if needed
