• Develop, coordinate, and deliver educational programs for nursing staff and clinical personnel.
• Assess learning needs and create training plans to support clinical competency and professional development.
• Facilitate orientation, onboarding, and continuing education programs for new and existing staff.
• Provide clinical instruction, mentoring, and coaching to nursing personnel.
• Evaluate staff competencies and maintain education and training records.
• Develop and update educational materials, policies, procedures, and evidence-based practice resources.
• Support quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives through staff education.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to identify performance gaps and implement educational interventions.
• Coordinate competency assessments, skills validation, and annual education requirements.
• Promote adherence to clinical standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
• Participate in accreditation, regulatory, and compliance activities related to staff education.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Clinical nursing experience with demonstrated expertise in nursing practice.
• Previous education, training, preceptor, or staff development experience preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum development, and competency assessment.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
