Description
Required Experience
• Cardiac Catheterization (Cath Lab) procedures
• Assisting physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Working in a high-acuity cardiac care environment
• Experience with Philips X-ray imaging equipment
• Experience with Xper Monitoring System
• Experience using EPIC EMR/Charting System
• Patient monitoring and procedural support during Cath Lab cases
• Sterile field setup and maintenance
• Hemodynamic monitoring and documentation
• On-call availability for emergency cardiac procedures
Highly Preferred Experience
• TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) procedures
• LAAO (Left Atrial Appendage Occlusion) procedures such as Watchman cases
• Electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Pacemaker implantation procedures
• Cardiac Ablation procedures
• Vascular Interventional procedures
• Interventional Radiology (IR) procedures
Equipment Experience
• Philips X-ray Equipment
• Xper Hemodynamic Monitoring System
• EPIC EMR System
Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 4 shifts per week
• 10-hour shifts (0700 – 1730)
Call Requirements
• Approximately 1 weekday call shift per week
• Every 4th–5th weekend on-call
• Weekend call begins Friday at 5:30 PM and ends Monday at 7:00 AM
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Strong Cath Lab background with recent experience
• Comfortable with Cath, EP, Vascular, and IR procedures
• Experience assisting with structural heart procedures (TAVR, LAAO) preferred
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced procedural environment
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, hemodynamics, and procedural workflow
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting.
