Pros
Compliance is on it! They work fast to ensure you start on time or even early! My recruiter is the most amazing recruiter ever. Damon has had my back from day one. He has been the most caring person I’ve ever met. I’ve traveled for a long time. I started traveling in 2016. I had a great recruiter then. Since my old recruiter was promoted I’ve had a hard time finding another great recruiter. Damon is even better than my old recruiter. I can’t speak more highly of Damon.
Cons
The insurance plan is very high and doesn’t cover much. There is zero PTO (which is a pretty normal). THERE IS NO BEREAVEMENT!!! My mother in law died and I had to go home missing 2 shifts. The company did not pay me. I was highly disappointed. I’ve lost family members on contracts (my dad and best friend) and received bereavement
