Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) – Elizabeth, WV

Travel Contract | $2,600/Week | 13 Weeks | Monday–Friday Schedule

We're looking for a Physical Therapist for a Home Health assignment in Elizabeth, West Virginia. This is a weekday-only position serving patients throughout Wood County, offering the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care in the home setting while maintaining a predictable schedule.

Position Details

Setting: Home Health
Location: Elizabeth, WV
Coverage Area: Wood County, WV
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP (later start dates may be considered)
Weekly Pay: Up to $2,600/week
Patient Population: General orthopedic, balance, strengthening, mobility, and general medical home health patients

Requirements

Active West Virginia PT License
BLS Certification
Home Health experience preferred
