CRNA | Florida Start: ASAP  Schedule: Multiple shift blocks available, including weekday days (8, 10, and 12 hour options) and call coverage. Weekday and weekend call availability is prioritized  Setting: Hospital. Level II trauma  Travel: Travel and lodging available Position Overview<ul><li>CRNA coverage with medical supervision model</li><li>Case mix includes cardiac and thoracic exposure and TEE involvement. TEE familiarity is required. Certification is not required</li><li>EMR: Cerner </li></ul>Case Mix Highlights<ul><li>Cardiac, thoracic, orthopedics, neuro, trauma, general surgery, GI, major vascular, outpatient surgery, and additional service lines </li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Active Florida license and DEA are required. Priority is given to active licenses</li><li>Active AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS</li><li>Board eligible or Board Certification</li><li>Case logs: 24 months of case logs are required</li><li>TB test </li></ul>Credentialing<ul><li>Temps may be approved case by case</li><li>Payer enrollment is referenced as required prior to credentialing</li></ul>
