CRNA Location: Florida Schedule: Preference for 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts Monday through Friday, with additional weekday night and weekend 24 hour call coverage Openings: 2 Position Overview Provide CRNA coverage in a hospital setting in a medical direction model, with dedicated OB overnight coverage as outlined in the order details. This role includes a broad case mix and call requirements. Clinical Scope<ul><li>Case mix may include endoscopy, ENT, gynecology, interventional radiology, total joints, plastics, podiatry, spine, urology, thoracic, neuro, acute pain, and major vascular</li><li>OB coverage is required</li><li>EMR: Cerner</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Current CRNA certification</li><li>Active Florida license</li><li>DEA required</li><li>Board eligible as outlined in the order details</li><li>Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS</li><li>TB test</li><li>24 months of case logs as outlined in the order details</li></ul>Credentialing<ul><li>Credentialing timeframe is typically 90 to 120 days after a complete application is submitted</li><li>Temporary privileges may be available on a case by case basis</li></ul>Travel and Lodging<ul><li>Travel and lodging are provided</li></ul>
