Required Certs: BLS DPT State License Minimum 1 YR EXP Required - Must have Home Health EXP Locals Accepted at same rate Scrubs: No print - Black grey or khaki pants/ polo or scrub top Unit Details: We cover 13 counties and take turns weekly in the furthest away areas.
