· Number of Beds : 4

· Documentation system: Meditech Expanse

· Scheduling requirements: 36 hours, 3 weekend shifts every 4 weeks

· Floating policy: Will take same ratio as unit floated to

· Patient Experience requirements:

Requested Skill Set: Must have: 1-2 years of fresh cardiac surgery patients with direct primary recovery Advanced skills needed: ACLS, Balloon pump, impella training, hemosphere or acumen trained Procedures performed on unit: New cardiac surgery program launch Certifications Required: ACLS
