· Number of OR Suites - 3

· Type of equipment – Open Heart, Vascular, Thoracic

· EMR - Meditech

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. · Cardiac, Vascular and Thoracic Operating Room Experience · Punctuality, 30 min call back time, flexible schedule Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. · Ability to scrub Cardiac and Vascular cases · Experience with Meditech EMR List typical procedures performed on unit(s): · CABG, Valves, TAVR, EVAR, TEVAR, Carotid endarterectomy, fistula creation/interventions, VATS, thoracomy, fem-pop bypass, angiograms with interventions, LVAD, RVAD, ECMO · Level 2 trauma coverage for all vascular and thoracic procedures Best personality Fit: · Self-motivated · Team oriented · Flexible

Pros

One of the best group of girls I've ever worked with, both nurses and doctors. The doctors actually treat you like a coworker and not just someone who is way beneath them. I didn't love the hospital itself but the staff made every shift worth it.

Cons

Cost of living was wayyyy too high and the pay was way too low to be able to stay there for more than one contract. I would've kept extending if I could've afforded it. They also use meditech which is TRASH.
