Social Worker – Milieu Coordinator
Contract | Behavioral Health | IP/Res & PHP Programs

• Start Date: Jun 22, 2026 (or ASAP)
• Duration: 8 weeks
• Schedule: 40 hrs/week

Shifts:

• Licensed SW: Mon–Fri, 5x8s (8:30a–4:30p or 11:30a–8p)

Position Overview:

• Facilitate groups based on structured curriculum
• Provide meal monitoring/support for patients
• Document group activity, meals, and patient observations
• Support the milieu environment:
  • De-escalation + crisis intervention
  • Behavior coaching
  • Bathroom + break monitoring
• Conduct safety assessments (self-harm/suicide)
• Assist with daily routines in IP/Res programs
• Collect vitals, weights, urine (as applicable)
• Implement behavior plans and lead programming during evenings/weekends
• Provide coverage for primary therapists as needed

Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ year psych/behavioral health
• Therapy Exposure: CBT, ACT, DBT
• Licensure:

  • Licensed: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC (independent)

     

• Certifications:
  • BLS required
  • AAC (active or pending)
