LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
Facility: Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center

location: Spoken, WA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 06/29/2026
Shift: Night 4x10-Hour (16:00 - 02:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: 2700 Weekly Gross for 40 hours/Week

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and evaluations.
Diagnose and treat mental health, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments.

Requirements:

3 years of experience LICSW &- [Required]
BLS (AHA) certification required
