Position Details
- Setting: Home Health
- Location: Spokane Valley, WA
- Client: Providence at Home with Compassus Home Health
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 40 Hours Per Week (5x8)
- Weekly Pay: Up to $2,700/week
- No Weekends
- No On-Call Requirements
- Start Date: June 2026
Coverage Area
- Spokane County
- Possible coverage in Lower Stevens County
Patient Population
- Post-hospitalization recovery
- Orthopedic conditions
- Neurological diagnoses
- Fall prevention and home safety evaluations
- Activities of daily living (ADL) training
- Functional mobility and independence training
- General home health patient population
Assignment Highlights
This position offers the autonomy and flexibility that many therapists enjoy about home health while maintaining a predictable weekday schedule. You'll work closely with patients in their home environment, allowing you to make meaningful recommendations that directly improve safety and independence.

Requirements
- Active Washington OT License
- Minimum 12 months of Home Health experience within the last 3 years
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience preferred
- Strong documentation and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
