Travel Director of Nursing (DON) – Livingston, MT
Start Date: 6/15
Assignment Length: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Primarily Days, May Float to Evenings
Pay: $3,766/week gross
A facility in Livingston, MT is seeking an experienced Travel Director of Nursing (DON) for an 8‑week assignment starting June 15th. This leadership role oversees daily nursing operations within a long‑term care setting, ensuring high‑quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong team performance. The schedule is mainly day shift, with occasional evening coverage as needed.
The ideal candidate is a confident, organized nursing leader who can quickly integrate into the team, support staff, and maintain a resident‑centered environment. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead through day‑to‑day challenges are essential.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of DON or nursing leadership experience
- Active Montana RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS (AHA)
- Clean Nursys report (no disciplinary hits)
