• Patient Ratios: 4:1 for pod patients, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: All

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: ER experience
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Trauma and pediatric experience
• Type of Patients on Unit: Traumas, STEMIs, psych, cardiac, GI, stroke, all things
• Personality Fit: hard worker, resilient, Team oriented, easy going

• Required Education: RN license
