Description
This is a 13 week contract
Dayshift, 40 hours a week, 8 hour shifts, 08:00-16:30.
Current Washington State SUDP license
2 years experience in addiction treatment; two year degree or equivalent; Bachelors or Masters preferred
Trainees with at least 1800 hours work experience
Active SUDP license as a counselor by State of Washington
Must work as part of a multi-disciplinary team; reports to Clinical Supervisor.
The SUDP is responsible for providing, coordinating and directing individualized Substance use Disorder treatment to all assigned patients.
Responsible for conducting psycho-educational lectures, both individual and group counseling and documentation of patient progress in the medical record.
