Location: North Providence, Rhode Island
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics (OP)
Client: Confluent Health
Facility: Appas Physical Therapy
Duration: 13 Weeks (Extension Potential)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift

Position Overview

Appas Physical Therapy, a Confluent Health partner clinic, is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic assignment in North Providence, RI. This clinic offers a supportive team environment, strong clinical mentorship, and a diverse orthopedic caseload. Whether you're an experienced clinician or newer to outpatient orthopedics, you'll have access to resources and guidance designed to help you grow professionally while delivering excellent patient care.

Assignment Details

Outpatient Orthopedic Setting

Approximately 10–14 Patients Per Day
Strong Clinical Mentorship Program

Responsibilities

Perform evaluations and reassessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Treat orthopedic, post-operative, and musculoskeletal conditions
Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Requirements

Active Rhode Island Physical Therapist License or Eligibility
Current BLS Certification
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Newer clinicians welcome with mentorship available
