Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Position

Location: Lander, Wyoming
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Hours per Week: 36
Shift: Variable day/night (two day shifts & one night shift)

Job Description

• Provide cardiopulmonary services following approved protocols and department policies.
• Deliver timely diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients.
• Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Perform delivery of medicated aerosols via medical compressed gas.
• Maintain airways and manage ventilators.
• Perform arterial line insertions and intubations.
• Conduct pulmonary function studies, cardiac and pulmonary stress tests, and blood gas analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Wyoming
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience working with pediatric and maternal-fetal patients
• Current certifications through the American Heart Association: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS

• Position requires flexibility to work both day and night shifts as scheduled.
